Well here we go. I know how confusing this can be and i wish i didn't have to do it at all but the fact is... i have to. This not only protects me but you as well. - graphics may be used for personal or business purposes.
- you must not sell/share the graphic "as is" you must make something with it. This does not mean adding my graphics together or with something else to create another graphic.
- You may share/sell items made with my graphics but the graphics must be in a locked format (ie: jpeg) to prevent snagging. CWR is not a locked format... so if you want to provide those please lock the graphic first before putting it in CWR.
- You may not crop, chop, color, or alter my graphics in any way. If you need something please ask.. i cannot promise, but i will certainly try my best. You may, of course, resize the graphic as needed.
- Please do not offer these graphics in any collection or CD... or claim them as your own.... i worked hard to create these items, and retain the copyright to all!
- These graphics are for YOUR USE ONLY! Please do not share/sell these graphics or post them on forums, emails, websites etc. where they can be downloaded without purchase!
- YOU MAY NOT SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT/PASSWORD! Violators will have their accounts discontinued. No refunds will be given.
- Please do not use with any 3rd party manufactuing for printing. (IE: Cafe Express) for business purposes. You may use on Cafe express items for personal gifts etc.
By the simple act of downloading any item, you are agreeing to these terms whether or not you have read them!
